1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrinnexAI application, browser extensions, APIs, or cloud dashboard hosted at prinnexai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

PrinnexAI provides AI data loss prevention, synthetic token masking, and cloud governance services designed to detect and intercept sensitive information before transmission to artificial intelligence systems. The service comprises a local desktop agent and an optional central cloud management console.

3. Zero-Retention License and Data Ownership

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any data, code, or prompts processed through the PrinnexAI agent. PrinnexAI claims no ownership over your inputs or redacted text. Our software processes your content locally on your hardware without making copies on our remote infrastructure.

4. Permitted Use & Security Integrity

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary components of the PrinnexAI agent, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You may not use PrinnexAI to bypass valid intellectual property protections or interfere with the normal operation of third-party AI APIs.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Warranty

For customers on Team Cloud and Enterprise plans, PrinnexAI guarantees a 99.9% uptime for the cloud policy synchronization endpoints and telemetry dashboard. Because local interception executes on client hardware, core desktop DLP functionality remains 100% operational even in offline or air-gapped environments.
