        Executive Guarantee: PrinnexAI was engineered from day one to guarantee that your prompts, code snippets, secrets, and customer data NEVER touch PrinnexAI cloud servers. All content scanning and synthetic redaction executes entirely within your local device memory.
      

1. Local-First Processing Architecture

PrinnexAI agents operate at the operating system clipboard and application interception layer. All lexical analysis, regular expression parsing, and synthetic token substitution take place inside the local execution memory of the user's computer. No unredacted clipboard data, keystrokes, or prompt contents are ever transmitted over the network to PrinnexAI or any third party.

2. What Information We Collect (And What We Do Not)

We DO NOT collect or store:

Raw prompts, questions, or instructions sent to AI models.
API keys, credentials, tokens, or passwords found on your device.
Customer PII, credit card numbers, or proprietary business text.
Source code or terminal command transcripts.

We ONLY collect (Aggregate SaaS Metadata):

Account Authentication: Work email, user display name, and hashed credentials for dashboard access.
Device Health & Telemetry: Operating system version, PrinnexAI agent build number, and active connection status.
Anonymized Metric Counters: Aggregated event counts (e.g., "Device 04 masked 3 secrets today") for team security posture reporting.

3. Hardware Enclave & Key Vault Protection

When users save credentials or custom signatures in PrinnexAI, they are stored strictly within the operating system's native hardware security enclave (Apple Keychain on macOS, Windows DPAPI / Credential Manager on Windows, and SecretService on Linux). Secrets are indexed using one-way cryptographic salted hashes.

4. Regulatory Compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)

Because PrinnexAI does not ingest, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on our servers, deploying PrinnexAI actively assists covered entities in fulfilling their compliance mandates under GDPR Article 25 (Data Protection by Design and by Default) and HIPAA § 164.312 (Technical Safeguards).
